The flooring is Marmoleum! An all natural eco-friendly flooring made from linseeds, rosins, flax & jute. It is incredibly durable (usually used in hospitals and daycares, this house is the first residential Marmoleum application ever in Vernon!), soft and warm to walk on. It's also super easy to keep clean and never hordes dust and grime like carpet.
